I’m a data and operations professional with over a decade of experience helping organizations streamline how they manage information, projects, and training. I’m currently completing an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction through an accredited online program, with a focus on adult learning and instructional design.

My background spans healthcare administration, technology, telecommunications, education, and over 9 years of federal service. I’ve developed dashboards, automated reporting processes, created training content, and supported teams through policy and system transitions. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I consistently deliver work that is clear, organized, and results oriented.

With a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization, I’m excited to contribute these skills in a healthcare setting—translating complex data into meaningful insights that support accuracy, compliance, and patient-centered operations.
